Parking Simplified….
Parking permits are required from May 1st - October 1st 2015. All owners and visitors during off-peak season are encouraged to continue to utilize parking passes. Parking fees are not assessed in off-peak season. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, it is imperative that you stop by the Security Office to register your vehicle and obtain a pass. Security is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Parking passes are available anytime. If security office is unattended, please call the security officer on duty with the direct line on the security desk or the outside telephone call boxes.

We GUARANTEE ONE parking space per unit….
a second vehicle MAY be permitted, depending on availabilty
Renters pay $40 registration fee for their one car. Parking is generally NOT included within your rental package, unless arrangements have been made ahead of time. Check with your rental agency or unit owner for additional parking information.
(Each unit has one guaranteed parking space on the property. The Quay reserves to right to close parking at any time to facilitate this guarantee.)
Additional parking MAY SOMETIMES be available….
If additional parking is available, the cost is $10 per day or $50 per week for each additional car.
Generally, parking passes will be restricted to no more than two vehicles per unit on a first come, first serve basis, upon availability.
Motorcycle operators must check in to obtain a parking pass, as well.
No boats, trailers, jet skis, mobile homes, recreational vehicles or oversized vehicles are permitted to park on the Quay premises.
Where CAN I PARK if there are no additional parking spots available?….
There is an Ocean City Municipal parking lot one block south on the bay side of Coastal Highway (10000 Coastal Highway) - see satellite image below - additional parking is circled in red. Off-street parking is not recommended due to various parking regulations in effect throughout the season. The Quay bears no responsibility for off street parking.
(This parking lot is in no way affiliated with the Quay Condominium and is controlled and monitored by the Ocean City Police Department. This lot has parking meters controlled by the Town of Ocean City, MD)
